It's OFF Season! For once, June is not the "in demand" month. And.. We can park here for the wedding as well, Parking on Mt. Adams is crazy, and it's included in my fee. I love that for my guests, considering some of them will be coming from out of town and spending the night. This is totally, my guy's style, so we are lucky enough to have a wedding that allows us both to be us! Girls, sorry to say.. He doesn't want pale pink, I mean.. If he loves you, he's not gonna say a word. But, why not make it about him too..

I'm a bit stumped on the flowers on this one, I could go with all white, like the church. Or Bring some color into the mix.. hmmmm? I will post some ideas..

Where's is gonna be???

This is a Beautiful, and Historical old church atop Mt. Adams in the fab. Cincinnati OH. The views are AMAZING! It is so well kept and just plain lovely! This is definitly my edge on the wedding.. Classic! I will decorate the church in all White and Cream flowers, to not "fight" with any of the beautiful old wood, stained glass and red carpet....

TIP: As a Floral Designer, it is simply a nightmare to try and match flowers to your venue, or house, whatever the case may be, if you have already chosen, bridesmaids dresses etc. ALWAYS, choose your venue, look at the decor first.

For instance, if your church has rust colored carpet, don't go with PERIWINKLE and PINK.. Holy Cow..! Choose, Oranges, Reds or Yellows instead.. It will make your wedding all the more beautiful, when it looks like it was done that way...

Ooohh, I received the "Save the Date's" yesterday!

So, how about this for a cost saving idea? We are having a small, intimate wedding. I get http://www.vistaprint.com/ ads in my inbox all of the time, with great offers. This one, had 100 free postcards, just pay shipping.. My total ended up being $11.00 or so, and got them in less than 5 days.. Chickies, this is the way to go, The postage is cheaper and they look REALLY nice..I really think that I may frame mine, it looks pretty, why not?? Its a personal piece of artwork for the house.. I will be looking for more freebies from them, throughout the next few months.. And pass my ideas along.

Send them out approx. 6-9 months in advance, depending on the location or destination. I will send mine out January 1st.
